“BLOOD sucking” labour broking firm, Hatch Talent Solutions was recently exposed on social media by angry and frustrated banking sector workers who cannot stomach the conduct anymore.

The complaints, raised through rising social media activist, Alistar Chibanda’s platform allege that the company is preying on employees in the country’s banking sector.

“BancABC is recruiting employees via an HR consultant company called Hatch Talent Solutions. What they are doing is that a bank teller/customer service officer who has a Hatch Talent contract is earning US$ 100 yet an employee with BancABC contract on the same level is earning US$500 inclusive of incentives,” the complainant said.

He alleged that his is reliably informed that Hatch Talent is paid a full salary plus packages for employees under Hatch Talent then they give slavery wages of US$100 apart from not following the National Employment Council minimum salary undertaking for banks.

Further allegations are that if you attempt to raise the issue you will be fired amid queries being raised as to why the CEO imposes an HR consultant company yet there is an HR department for the bank responsible for recruitment?

“The CEO is costing the bank in terms of demotivated staff who are poverty stricken. If you attempt to raise the issue you will be fired. Please help in posting this piece of information if you see it fit, and also tag the bank and the CEO for a response.

“If you need further information I am glad to share. I am an employee for the bank and it is well known that the CEO is the owner,” the complainant said.

The complainant underscored that he is under that Hatch Talent Solutions contract and is pained to see others getting a good salary despite doing the same job.

Responding to the matter, the Zimbabwe Banks and Allied Workers Union also committed to urgently consider the matter for an amicable resolve.
