THE Zimbabwe Hospital Doctors Association (ZHDA) has rejected contract proposals for junior doctors describing them as ‘ill-advised and poorly drafted’ by a board that has failed to protect their interests for years.

Wellington Chibebe, the former Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) Secretary General, continued to raise the country's flag high at the international level, earning another four year term as the Deputy General Secretary of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC).

The Zimbabwe Urban Councils Workers Union (ZUCWU) is crying foul over the Joseph Chinotimba led, Zimbabwe Urban and rural Councils' Workers Union (ZARWU) which tricked the former by misrepresenting them in Mutare by circulating renunciation forms.
